Our 'racer' footrests are heavier and a little more basic than our 'lightweight' footrests, designed to cope better with the rigors (crashes!) of racing.
Made from the highest grade of aluminum these rear-sets are designed to give maximum adjustability and durability.
Each set comes hard anodised black or in original alloy with fasteners and fittings to use either road or GP shift patterns.
Each pair can be broken down into parts in order to keep the cost of replacement to a minimum. Our experience on the track has shown us that the parts most likely to be in need of replacement in the event of a crash are the footpegs and toe-pegs. The removal of just two bolts allows for up to 16 different foot peg positions and virtually infinite variability on lever position.
Footpegs are available in short and long versions, short being recommended for track use while long offers a little more rider comfort for road riding.
A pressure switch is also available to operate the rear brake light, for use on road bikes.
