Heat Exchngers on the early model are prone to failure.  This often manifests itself when oil mix's with water to produce a creamy liquid in the water.  The system with require cleaning and a new Heat Exchanger fitted.  Early models can be made more reliable by fitting a 2009 - 2012 Oil pump.
