We have always advised riders whether it be the road or a race track that good bike set-up beats tuning any day.
Most if not all manufacturers fit suspension to cover a very broad spectrum of uses, passengers, luggage, potholes etc, honing your bike down for the purpose you use it for is one of the best things you can do. In addition to this all manufacturers make the suspension 'fool' proof, in other words they only give you a limited use of the range available, this stops you adjusting beyond what they consider as a safe working range. track riding in particular is way outside that range.

- We also offer a set-up service for your current suspension if you can come and see us, alternatively send your forks or shock to us with your weight and we will fit the appropriate springs/oil and apply ball part settings.
